Tampere Harvest Map

A map of edible species of trees and shrubs in the Tampere region.

The harvest map contains locations of edible species of trees and shrubs in the woods, parks and wastelands around the Tampere region. All the locations are on common land and freely accessible. Picking wild berries, fruits and nuts is legal in Finland based on everyman´s right. Everyman´s right allow free right of access to the land despite of ownership and they are extended to everyone regardless of citizenship. Premises of private homes, apartment buildings and allotment gardens are, however, protected by domestic peace. Their crop plants are not tagged to the map.
